For product questions, tell us which item you are asking about, the colour or size if relevant, and whether you need it for a home, gift or bulk order. That helps us respond faster and avoid back and forth.

Where we deliver
We courier across South Africa, with regular support for Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban and Gqeberha. We also assist customers in Midrand, the East Rand and West Rand. If you are in a coastal area, let us know so we can keep an eye on handling and delivery timing where humidity or weather may affect packaging.
For estates, offices and sectional title addresses, please mention any municipal or security rules that could affect drop-off. That helps us plan the handover properly.
Typical response times
We aim to respond during normal business hours on the same day where possible, with many queries answered within a few hours. Messages sent after hours, over weekends or on public holidays are usually handled on the next working day. During busy deal periods, responses may take a little longer, but we always work through enquiries in the order they come in.
If your order is urgent because of a gift date, moving day or event, please say so in the form. That lets us prioritise the message where we can.
